The Consors Finanz Mastercard is issued by the German subsidiary of the French bank BNP Paribas. The card is completely free of charge, meaning that there are no monthly or annual fees. Furthermore you do not have to pay any foreign transaction fees, for example when you are paying in US Dollar. Cash withdrawals of at least 300 EUR are free of charge and in case you withdraw less than 300 EUR you pay a fee of 3.95 EUR/withdrawal. You can choose to either balance out your monthly bill as a one-off payment which will be automatically deducted from your bank account on a quarterly basis (interest-free) or in monthly installments.
